We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.

It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

Our house is located a few minutes from the famed Edithburgh jetty, boat ramp, tidal pool & beach. Plus you can easily walk to the cafe, store and hotel. It is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an outside pergola. No pets & no smoking allowed. You will need to bring some linen.
