Small town coastal vibes. It’s only 3 blocks to the pier and 9 blocks to the marina. We have plenty of room to park & wash boats on our two concrete drives w/ a hose. Our Internet is 100x100 and there are 3 TVs ready to stream. The deck looks right at San Antonio Bay and a tree shades it in the afternoon.

This is the full ground level and privacy fenced backyard with pool of a home. There is an upstairs apt for use by owners only with zero shared spaces/connection between levels. ALL PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED BY CONTACTING OWNER, FEE TBD.
