Close to all the industrial sites in the Port Arthur/ Beaumont area. Pets allowed. Having been a traveling pipefitter, I furnished the home with everything contingent workers need to be comfortable. Two fully furnished bedrooms with queen beds, a third bedroom with a futon. There are a also a twin airbed and queen airbed in the closets. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig and drip coffee makers. There's a one car garage and the driveway will fit two more cars.

The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
