City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Apartment Emma is a newly renovated in 2021. Situated in Poreč centrum on 3th floor with no elevator. This apartment have a sleeping room, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a flat-screen smart TV and wifi internet. Air conditioner is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a laundry service open 24/7 on the building ground floor. The parking is free of charge and located 300m we will provide you with the necessary information.
