Outside is where this property truly shines. Relax on your private oceanfront patio with comfortable seating and a fire pit, spend the afternoon by the shared pool, or take just a few steps onto the beach to watch the sunrise, fish, surf, or simply enjoy the ocean breeze. The owner and his son live quietly in the upstairs residence with their own completely separate entrance. Your lower-level accommodations are private, allowing you to enjoy your vacation while knowing someone is nearby if needed. The ocean-side sliding glass door locks from the inside only. It is intended primarily as an exit to the beach and cannot be unlocked from outside.
