Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

A wooded area behind and open fields out front brings a nice breeze across the porch. Makes for a perfect place to enjoy the sunset or stars!

A mere few feet away from the community boat ramp, this house is perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Golf cart rental is available for an additional fee (book in advance). Enjoy the water views from all angles and ride around like a local in an interconnected 4-mile multi-neighborhood loop.

Rooster's Place

Far enough away from the city for a little peace and quiet. This bnb is nestled off the main road but not to far away from everything. It's atop the work shop of Levi Sims which allows a great view from the balcony. It sits on several acres of pasture and wood lands. Great for watching deer and the cattle that are in the pastures. We are looking forward to sharing this clean, comfortable space with our guest.
