La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

Suite del Pittore nasce dal desiderio di offrire un’esperienza unica nel cuore storico di Tivoli, a soli 25 km dal centro di Roma. Sita in una posizione privilegiata, di fronte alla Mensa Ponderaria, al Duomo e a pochi passi da Villa d’Este, è un rifugio di charme per chi cerca un mix di storia, arte e comfort moderno. La struttura è stata ristrutturata con cura, utilizzando materiali tipici del territorio preservando l’autenticità e valorizzando il legame con la cultura millenaria del luogo.

L'appartamento si compone al piano terra di un salottino di ingresso con caminetto e cucina attrezzata, bagno e salotto con divano letto. Al piano superiore una camera da letto con una pertinente cameretta per bambini. Pochi gradini e si accede alla surreale terrazza.
