Come escape up to the mountains to my cute chalet by the Pemigewasset River! This place is perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple to a large family with 6 beds on two levels. Feel free to enjoy the big field out front for yard games and picnics. There’s a basketball court, campfire pit and a short walk to the river for cooling off and checking out views of the beautiful covered bridge. Come up and experience the peace and adventure of all that the White Mountain National Forest has to offer!

Squam Lake, large family friendly house, 40'x50' deck with great 20'x20' screened-in section, hot tub (seasonal), lots of hiking trails local, great Foliage, Many Lakes Region attractions close. Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Mini splits for AC and heat in all bedrooms and common area. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Featuring three inviting bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a recently renovated kitchen, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Relax on the serene back deck with Adirondack rockers and an outdoor dining table. Just a heads-up, access to all bedrooms requires using stairs. 🐶 Pets are welcome for a $100 fee. ❄️ Winter months: 4WD or AWD is recommended for the driveway.
