Cozy Guest House

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Come relax at The Magnolia. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has been completely remodeled in July 2023 and is in the middle of all the big city amenities. The apartment complex is very safe with a city police officer living on the premises as the courtesy officer. It is a very quiet complex and everyone is very respectful.
