Located in the heart of Orem, you are close to everything and yet we are in a beautifully secluded neighborhood!

Near Homestead Golf Resort, Soldier Hollow Cross Country Ski & Golf Resort, Provo River, between Deer Creek & Jordanelle reservoirs. Deer Valley Ski Resort & Sundance Resort nearby. 2000 sq. ft. furnished basement with private entrance (not the whole house, we live on main floor). Close to BYU, UVU, and Provo Canyon. We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly and caring (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house .
