Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

Modern and beautiful apartment cca 80 m² situated on the first floor of the Villa Bodulka with a large terrace and sea view in a nice and peaceful part of Crikvenica (4 star classification), 600 m away from the beach and the city center you will need only approx. 10 min. walk to get there, but enought away from the city noise you will get comfort, nice and airy accommodation with beutiful view, parking place and swimming pool 28 m² with sun loungers and BBQ area aviable for our guests.

App is in private house-third floor on the top of the house. It offers stunning (partially) sea view and islands nearby. Close to the sea and beaches, city center, market place, public transport, airport as well as wonderful outdoors! It is perfect starting spot for one day excursions to nerby islands, national parks and stuff for real nature fans. It suits good for families with kids, smaller groups, solo adventurers as well as digital nomads! Free wi-fi, we provide parking place.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Nova 2025. vila s 5 zvijezdica u Crikvenici savršen je izbor za opuštajući odmor s obitelji ili prijateljima. Uživajte u velikom bazenu površine 40 m² s integriranom masažom, okruženom ležaljkama i prostranom terasom opremljenom roštiljem i vrtnim namještajem s pogledom na more i prirodu. Vila je klimatizirana u cijelosti, svih 5 spavaćih soba te dnevni boravak imaju vlastiti klima uređaj (ukupno 6). Gostima su na raspolaganju i stanice za punjenje električnih vozila.

Apartment Mari-Mir is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. This lovely apartment can confortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Private parking, air condition and free WIFI are on disposal. The stay of one pet is allowed with an extra charge of 10 euros per day.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
