There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Gated community with 24/7 guards. Please let us know in advance if you plan to go out or return after 10 PM so we can notify security. Check-in 3 PM | Check-out 12 PM (no late check-out Saturdays). Host lives in house next door; staff may be on-site for cleaning, pool service, and trash removal.
