La planta baja del chozo está distribuida por una cocina, un salón con los techos altos y con vistas a la terraza, el jardín y un baño de ensueño con suelos de piedra natural con bañera. En la parte alta se encuentra la habitación buhardilla, que no siendo muy alta (1,60 en el punto más alto). La terraza cuenta con mesa y sillas, sofá de terraza y dos amacas.

It is located between the beach of the Cape of Trafalgar and the pine forest of the Natural Park of the Breña and Acantilados of the Barbate, to about 500 meters of each one.
