Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.

BASEMENT level 2 bed apt in Falls Church with its own keyless and private separate entrance. Both bedrooms have fun decorated themes with queen sized beds and closets. The living room is has a full sized sofa bed. The kitchen is completely remodeled and has brand new appliances. A cooks dream! And for those that need to do a load of washing, we also have a stackable washer/dryer. Complimentary coffee tea, & yummy snacks! Ceiling is 6 ft 9 inches and overhead beam is 6 ft. 20 minutes to DC!

It is it's own apartment, but there is a shared laundry. 2.7 miles to Reston Town Center, Herndon, & the Reston metro. 15 minutes from Tyson's Corner and Dulles Airport. Washington, DC. Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.

About a 20-minute walk to West Falls Church Metro, with $3/day parking (free on weekends and federal holidays). A convenient option for sightseeing in DC. About 10 miles from the White House and close to restaurants, Tysons Corner mall, and grocery stores like Giant, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
