L'alloggio è tranquillo, immerso in un'oasi verde, ma anche centrale, vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Adatto a coppie, anche con un bambino, a single e a chi viaggia per lavoro. La vicinanza alla tangenziale rende facilmente raggiungibile l'autostrada per Palermo, Siracusa, Ragusa e Messina. E' un'ottima base di partenza per gite sull'Etna e per le principali località turistiche della Sicilia orientale e per la città di Catania. Perfetto per chi ama la piscina! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Immersa nella campagna di Taormina, a 10 minuti in auto dal Centro Storico e 5 minuti in auto dal mare, la casa è dotata di una splendida piscina di acqua salata condivisa (aperta dal 1 Aprile al 31 Ottobre) e di un grande giardino condiviso interamente fruibile. E' composto da un'elegante camera matrimoniale con vista piscina, un ampio e luminoso bagno ed una cucina privata situata in un locale separato, a pochi metri dalla struttura principale e completa di ogni comfort.

In campagna , camera da letto matrimoniale, di circa 25 metri quadri, con bagno, angolo cucina, climatizzatore e ampio spazio esterno immerso in un giardino di limoni , a a 2 km dal mare e a mezz'ora di macchina dall'Etna. Noi proprietari, Ksenia e Raffaello siamo a completa disposizione degli ospiti.
