Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

The large garden is equipped with a cabin for ski and bicycle storage. The location is excellent: in just a few minutes you can walk to the town center (with supermarket and pharmacy), the beginners' ski slope and the enchanting Irenberg forest. Small pets are allowed.

The two-storey chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is built of natural materials and measures 70 m2.

Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min). The price includes the South Tyrol Guest Pass with many different extras and a free ride with the Kronplatz cable car.
