Just a short drive away, the beautiful town of Dunkeld on the River Tay offers excellent delis, independent shops, welcoming pubs, and its beautiful historic cathedral. From your doorstep, explore miles of walking and cycling through forests, hills, and lochside paths, with abundant wildlife and quiet adventure in every direction.

Family retreat, games room and hot tub

With space over three levels and your own private Hot tub what more do you need? Close by to country walks in the forest or the a river Tay, or a ten minute drive to the city centre. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). We do not allow stag and hen parties. Please do not host events at this house. This is a residential area and we ask that noise levels are respected in the evening when in the hot tub. If you are planning a wild weekend - this is not the place!

The Steading forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Studio). The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
