Proche de tous commerces. Spacieux et lumineux, charme de l'ancien avec ses belles poutres apparentes, il est constitué d'une grande chambre - avec de nombreux rangements - et d'un grand salon. Petite cuisine bien équipée ; il y a aussi une salle de bain avec baignoire. Le métro Pernety (ligne 13) est à 2 minutes.
