A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

The channel connects to not one, but two lakes to explore. 2 bedrooms, separated by curtains, 1 bath, open living area. Free high-speed internet! Up to 2 dogs allowed with applicable fee.
