You can enjoy the view of the lake with one of the three beautiful pools in the foreground and undeveloped Pace Bend Park in the background. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.
