Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

Casa antica indipendente ristrutturata da poco,cucina realizzata in muratura con ceramiche della tradizione artigianale siciliana, si affaccia nel cortile con cisterna, vasca realizzata in pietra lavica inizi 900.Tutto circondato da piante profumate e aromatiche che potrete utilizzare per la preparazione delle vostre pietanze.Abbiamo mantenuto parte dei pavimenti antichi, ripristinato le pareti con biocalce cercando di rispettare la natura della casa evitando utilizzo di prodotti industriali
