Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.

Deluxe loft artistico

I would like to invite you in my really beautiful apartment which consist of loft (open space) with full equipped kitchen, living zone and bedroom upstairs, and also I have white magic bedroom space downstairs with bath and personal bathroom. You really can enjoy your stay there! We have very quiet zone really near the center (1-1.5 km). Near us you can find shops and good restaurants by foot. The parking is below the street and free. All recommendations I’ll tell you! Enjoy your stay in Turin!

L’Angolo di Casa Verrua si trova in piazza Gran Madre di Dio nel quartiere Borgo Po a pochi passi dal centro città. L’appartamento, molto panoramico, è sito al piano secondo (scala con ascensore) di un edificio storico ed è composto da tre camere da letto, due bagni e cucina. L'edificio fa angolo con l'isola di pedonale di via Monferrato, ricca di negozi, locali e ristoranti. Il parcheggio pubblico è a pagamento in Piazza Gran Madre e nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato è a pochi metri da casa.

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato situato in una villetta d’epoca nel tranquillo quartiere Borgo Po, a pochi passi dalla splendida Gran Madre e dalla mondana Piazza Vittorio. A 10 metri dall’appartamento si trova la fermata dell’autobus 56 che raggiunge la stazione di Porta Susa in 10/15 minuti. Facilmente raggiungibili i maggiori punti di interesse storico. Su richiesta degli ospiti, possibilità di posto auto per una vettura in un garage adiacente all'appartamento per 10 euro/giorno.
