Welcome to our waterfront Bach in Marsden Bay, Northland. This Bach is an ideal base for a relaxing or adventurous break in the north. The views of the harbour and Mount Manaia are a pretty special back drop while you enjoy a wine on the deck or fire up the wood fired pizza oven to cook your fresh catch. A fantastic coast for fishing, diving, snorkelling, water sports or coastal scenic hikes - we are definitely spoilt for choice in our little slice of paradise.

Perched above Staffa Bay on the stunning Tutukaka Coast, this 1970s Warwick Lee–designed home is a true Kiwi bach — full of character, cosy, and surrounded by native bush with sweeping views over Woolleys Bay. Nestled among nikau palms and birdlife, this peaceful treehouse-style retreat offers direct beach access via a private track (just 25 metres from the house to the sand). Thistle Do Beach Bach is located meters off State Highway 1 at Ruakaka. The open plan lounge and kitchen has large windows and doors that allow maximum light and airflow, while the doors open onto a sun drenched deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Inside the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, electric frypan and dishwasher.
