Welcome to Coconut Lagoon, your perfect luxurious vacation home nestled in the quaint community of Casa La Playa and is steps away from sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The home is decorated throughout with nautical decor and equipped with everything you need to for a perfect beach getaway; including a full size washer & dryer. Maximum of 10 guest in home, and guest must agree to house rules. The community offers a pool and a boardwalk with convenient golf cart access to the beach.

Beach Pit

This retro house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. You will likely feel a mix of nostalgia contrasted by the comforts of modern day conveniences. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard.

It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...).
