Fire up the wood stove if it gets a bit chilly. If it rains, there is a tall bookcase full of DVDs, puzzles and board games. Grill your meals on the BBQ, and roast your marshmallows over the fire pit by the lake. We are in a "dark sky preserve", so the stars shine extra bright. S'mores never tasted so good!

Our house has all the comforts of home with beautiful open vistas visible out each window. This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing.
