Guests can gain an excellent experience living in the Orchard. This fully functioning Orchard, may have foremen’s doing irrigation Maintenance.

Welcome to The View on 87th, we are a 7 minute walk to the historic downtown and beaches (2 min drive). Come stay and enjoy our panoramic view of Osoyoos Lake and Anarchist Mountain. This place will unwind and recharge you in no time. We travel extensively, know what we like, and set this place up as a perfect 2-couple or extended family getaway. We are also pet friendly (not on the beds/furniture please) to responsible owners. Please don't be the person who gets this rule changed.

Our little caboose seems to have escaped the Kettle Valley Rail Line; offering a slice of peaceful, mountain retreat. The passengers whistle with pleasure as they rest in the queen size luxury bed. Tucked away amongst the rocks, pines and burbling creek; the cute woodstove brings it together as a cozy place for dreaming. In the past two years the railroad tycoons staying here have always rated us 5 stars on cleanliness. Includes business ready wifi speeds of 350 mbps.

Happy Haven

Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.

*ADULTS ONLY (21+)/NO PETS Our home is an ADULT ONLY ACCOMMODATION, nestled on a ground fed pond, which is only an 8 minute walk to town and the beach. From every window of the suite is a front row view of the pond, along with orchards, mountains and the golf course. It is a quiet, private, serene setting that feels like your very own oasis. Enjoy the grassed area to the river where there is seating and a fire-pit. Tent area available next to guesthouse for extra guests for a fee.
