Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. Nybyggd Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Stuga med havsutsikt i högt avskilt läge. Kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning, 2 sovrum, 1 badrum, 1 toalett. Sovrum 3 ligger i separat gäststuga. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, microugn, induktionsspis och ugn. 200 meter till havet med klippor och sandstrand. Flera möblerade uteplatser, gräsmatta och grill. Promenadavstånd till mataffär, busshållplats och färja till Åstol och Dyrön Tjörn erbjuder allt från vacker natur, bad, fiske, paddling, vandring till konst och restauranger.

Underbar stuga med uterum som har havsutsikt

Vi hyr ut vår stuga som är en riktig pärla året om. Läget är perfekt med 5-10 minuters promenad till salta bad och fina utsiktsplatser. Med bilen tar du dig på 20 minuter till Marstrand och 35 minuter till Göteborg och vi rekommenderar att man har bil. Stugan är äldre och enkel men har delvis renoverats under vintern 2025. Den ligger på en vacker naturtomt och har ett uterum med altan som har havsutsikt. Huset passar barnfamiljer, kompisar och par. Max 4 vuxna men fler om det är barn.

Mysig modern stuga nära skog och hav

Välkommen till Ulseröd, en liten oas med närhet till hav och skog nära Lysekil centrum. Här bor du bekvämt med helkaklat badrum, liten tvättstuga, modernt kök med sociala ytor och rymlig soffa. Det finns två sovrum på entrévåning samt ett sovloft som passar perfekt till barn och ungdomar. Utanför stugan finns en altan med utemöbler. Vi hoppas ni kommer trivas! Sängkläder och handdukar medtages av gäst, alternativt hyrs av oss för 100 kr per uppsättning.

Naturskönt och stadsnära boende

Vackert och lantligt boende som ligger nära centrala Lysekil (6 min med bil ca 10min med cykel). Området är lugnt med ett mycket fint läge Familjevänligt med: klättervägg/aktivitetsrum Stor trädgård med fotbollsmål, lekstuga, studsmatta Nära till havet med badstrand och brygga Omgivningen runt boendet bjuder på vacker natur med fina stigar för både promenader, löpning och MTB-cykling. Boendet har tillgång till egen uteplats. Grill finns att låna.

Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller varför inte promenera ner till havet och ta ett kvällsdopp . Mysig nyrenoverad stuga ca 50 kvm med öppen planlösning och bekvämligheter såsom diskmaskin ,tvätt/tork maskiner och Wifi. Bilen parkerar ni utanför huset. Närhet till centrala Stenungsund med affärer och andra serviceinrättningar. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål.
