It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Huset ligger i direkt anslutning till en mysig och barnvänlig badvik med bryggor och sandstrand, Börja dagen med ett morgondopp. Ta frukosten i trädgården. Njut av havsutsikten och fågelkvittret. Kanske en tur med kajaken. Och avsluta dagen i bubbelpoolen efter en grillning på altanen. Vill du kombinera med stadslivet i Göteborg kör du dit på 15 minuter. Ännu närmre till stora shoppingcenter. Här får du uppleva Göteborgs unika skärgård samtidigt som du har tillgång till Göteborgs övriga utbud.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Välkommen till en nybyggd studio – idealisk för en person! Lägenheten har allt du behöver: en avskild sovalkov, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin, golvvärme och en praktisk arbetsyta/matbord. Läget är utmärkt: bara 2 minuter till bussen som tar dig direkt till centrala Göteborg, 15 minuters promenad till stranden. Perfekt för både jobb och avkoppling i lugn miljö nära natur och stad!

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.

Welcome to stay with us in an apartment at the groundfloor of an villa! Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)

Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.

Get into the city center of Gothenburg 1. 10-15min walk to bus stop "Beryllgatan". Bus X5 will take you to city center in 15 min. 2. 5 min walk to bus stop "Melongatan". Take bus 90 Frölunda Torg (8 min). From here you have access by tram or bus to city center (20min). Frölunda Torg is a major hub for buses and trams.

The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
