My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. My accommodation is close to Thiene, Marostica, 30 minutes from Bassano del Grappa, art and culture, magnificent panoramic views. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the atmosphere, surrounded by a park of 900 olive trees a touch of Tuscany in the center of Veneto 5 minutes from the motorway near the most beautiful cities in Veneto Venice Verona Vicenza Treviso. My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Ristorazione molto qualificata nei dintorni, paesaggi suggestivi sovrastanti (visibile Venezia con aria tersa) e luogo per passeggiate e tour in bicicletta.

Posto ai piedi delle colline del DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, l'appartamento in zona residenziale molto tranquilla si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Col San Martino: supermercato, farmacia, edicola, chiesa, pasticceria, lavanderia a gettone, fermata dell'autobus sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. La location permette di raggiungere in auto sia le vette delle Dolomiti sia i lidi adriatici di Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, Venezia.
