We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Omišalj has picturesque historic centre, which is located on an 85-metre-high cliff and is possible to explore an exceptional cultural and historical heritage and experience the spirit of times gone by. Apartment is 3 km away from the centre, but close to the beach, small grocerie shop and a small fitness park. The housewarming is very quiet and safe, perfect for guests that prefer peace. Big cities like Rijeka and Krka are 25 km away.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.

Comfortable and cosy apartment in the center of the town and only few steps from the beaches, from the market-place, supermarket, shops,bars, restaurants and in the same time offers privacy and tranquility in the big park full of beautiful palms.
