De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeftU een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Een knusse en toch zeer royale woning met aanlegsteiger en terras op het zuiden gelegen in het pittoreske Rijpwetering. Deze comfortabele woning is gelegen aan de oevers van de prachtige Kagerplassen. Een rondvaart met onze sloep met schipper is zeker een must. Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms with box- beds I emphasise in having super good & clean beds and cotton blankets Dogs super welcome, but please request first. NO dogs upstairs.

If you want to take a short walk in the area, there are several parks within walking distance, with the highlight being Oud-Poelgeest Castle.

De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.
