Bring a boat, swim off the **BRAND NEW** dock, step into the hot tub or sit back and kick your feet up on the screened in porch and enjoy the view. This retreat boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, living room, rec/family room and laundry. Nearby marinas offer dining, boat rental, fuel, supplies & services. Only a short drive to Dayton, TN and Chickamauga Lake.

Located at the base of Little Brushy Mountain and within 20 miles of Windrock ATV Park, Frozen Head State Park, the Obed Wild and Scenic River, Catoosa WMA and Lone Mountain Forest, this 2 bd/2 ba with sleeper sofa has ample parking for trucks with horse and ATV trailers. Great for relaxing after a hard day on the trail! Includes 6-person hot tub, indoor jacuzzi, a large, covered front porch with over-sized swing and an even bigger back deck with mountain views, outdoor dining set, and more!
