It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

It offers big unobstructed panoramic views of the lake, year round deep water and a large covered private dock. You can lounge on the dock, fish, swim, kayak, boat, visit Margaritaville/ Lake Lanier Islands, dine at Park Marina, rent jet skis and paddle boards, hike, picnic and much more for a fun filled holiday.

A perfect retreat for a family to reconnect with mother nature or just for a quiet getaway. Our guests love the fire pit and front porch swing. Basement level apartment has full time resident. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.
