Enjoy morning coffee on the brand new deck or screened-in porch, take a dip in the new hot tub or cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace. This is the perfect place to relax and make memories with loved ones! We are a short drive to everything in the area (see location notes for distances) and we’re an easy walk to the beach (approx. 15-20 min)

This cottage home was built less than 5 years ago. The space is modern and open. It’s located less than 10 mins walk to Lake Michigan beach access. Guests can walk a few minutes to enjoy nearby restaurants such as Dune Billies for breakfast and Cool Runnings Jamaican restaurant. There’s a nearby park and a small dune for short hikes. Other nearby attractions include the Washington park and zoo (5-10 min walk), Blue Chip casino (2 min drive), the Indiana Dunes National Park (20 min drive)

The Birdhouse – quiet luxury, walk everywhere

The Birdhouse is on a quiet wooded ravine steps from restaurants, shopping and a lovely 0.7 mile walk to the beach. This home hosts 4 guests only, including infants. Enjoy a screened-in porch with views to the woods, an outdoor eating area with grill, lovely terrace with firepit and laundry room. Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower with hand shower for junior guests. To allow our cleaning crew time to prepare, we're unable to offer early check-ins.

If you prefer to take it easy you can relax by our indoor fireplace or the outdoor fire pit, recharge in the YEAR-ROUND indoor sauna or stroll to nearby Harbert Beach. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!
