Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Converted barn loft room offering good size couple/family space with en suite. Tea and coffee making facilities along with a small fridge and toaster. (No Kitchen). Hot tub available on request with at least 24 hours notice. £30 cash payment will be required on arrival. There are facilities to wash off and dry wet suits and boards and to dry wet clothes.

Relax in your own private HOT TUB located on your own private sunny terrace and enjoy the view. The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom. Sunny in summer and super cosy in winter.

The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue!
