Beautifully renovated 18th century listed, self contained annexe with lounge area, fully fitted kitchen and huge vaulted bedroom with marble tiled en suite. Situated in the centre of Gargrave village near the river, 10 min walk from station and on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a walking holiday, with the Pennine way and the canal nearby and Malham, Bolton Abbey just down the road. Super restaurants and pubs close by and everything you need including Au Lait toiletries.

Little Hawthorn Studio

This is a romantic little hideaway. With its own entrance and and lovely outdoor seating. The mattress is top quality. There is small living room/ kitchen, that is just big enough to prepare food and has everything you need - fridge, hot plate, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle. The pub across the road serves lovely food and beer and has atmosphere. Lovely views and great walking. Wood burning stove in the bedroom. We love people and will be happy to help but will respect your privacy.

North Yorkshire village-The Studio escape

The Studio provides a cosy, quiet escape for one or two people, in a pretty Yorkshire village with a 2 minute walk to an award winning Pub. It is self contained and benefits from it's own private entrance with key safe, off street parking, king sized bed, sofa seating and dining/work area, TV, good WiFi connection, modern shower room and access to a large garden. 15mins drive from the historic market towns of Northallerton and Richmond and close to the Dales and the Moors, Harrogate and York.

The Byre @ Cow Close Cottages

Situated in Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales, Cow Close Byre is a self contained guest annexe one mile from the market town of Leyburn. The comfortable bedroom has a super king bed, or an option for two singles. The shower room is ensuite to the bedroom. There is a double sofa bed in the living area which also has a well equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Parking adjacent to the property. Good WiFi. Great walks, pubs and places to eat.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

The Studio

The Studio is nestled in the heart of the North Yorkshire moors, surrounded by rolling hills and lush woodlands. This cosy apartment is fully equipped with its own double bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and private outdoor decked patio. Sleights is approximately 3 miles from the quaint seaside town of Whitby, renowned for the gothic novel ‘Dracula’, its stunning Norman Abbey, and delicious fish and chips. This countryside haven is the perfect escape from the rush and stress of city life.

Cosy rural cottage in National Park

Come and stay in the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey in the spectacular North Yorkshire Moors National Park. Moo’s is our converted stone cottage with a lovely living kitchen with cast iron stove and a vintage country feel. A handmade turned staircase leads up to the en-suite bedroom with metal bed stead and roll top bath. Adjacent there is a spacious covered patio area with seating, dining and storage, which looks across to an outdoor patio with fruit trees seating and parking space.

A quirky Cottage Studio in Gainford nr Teesdale

A recently renovated quirky Studio (sleeps 2) within the The Old Post Office, a Georgian stone built cottage in a quiet area tucked away on High Green in Gainford Village, 2 mins walk through the old Churchyard down to the River Tees. Popular with cyclists & walkers, the Market Towns of Barnard Castle & Darlington only 8 miles away, North Yorkshire Dales a 20 minute drive. Entrance accessible at all time via key safe. Hosts live on the property. No smoking 1 small dog allowed £35/sty

The Nook - Hidden gem, secluded, peaceful, modern.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.
