Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom. There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces.

Garden Lodge is situated in the garden of a detached house to the west of Coventry. The lodge is detached, accessed via a path at the side of the house and and has a private garden area. There are shops, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance.
