Nestled amongst the trees on our 52 acre farm in beautiful Chisholm township is our Chickadee Pod. Recharge your nature batteries in our off grid pod that comes fully equipped for your basic needs and right on Wasi Lake. Steps away you can enjoy canoeing, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Take in the sunsets, walk the trails, nap in the hammock, roast some marshmallows, paint a picture, read a book, listen to the birds, the trees, the wind. Leave connected, peaceful and rejuvenated.

Small cabin in the woods with many seasonal uses. There is over 1000 adjoining acres of mixed forest & fields. Over 300 acres of privately owned land by the host plus over 700 acres of attached public crown lots accessible through private holdings, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts/nature lovers, as a launch pad into Algonquin Park, or as a quite retreat into the forest. Winter Activities and Uses Include: snowmobiling, ice fishing at a large selection of local lakes, snow shoeing etc.

Sherbrooke Suite - Private indoor pool & hot tub

This century home in downtown North Bay is in walking distance to Lake Nipissing waterfront boasting the best sunsets in Ontario. The suite has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed. A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
