Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.

We're away from the main roads but also just a 5min drive to the M1, giving you access to all the amenities and beaches the Gold Coast has to offer! We offer 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet room, laundry, living room with a 3-seater sofa and a TV, as well as a decent sized open plan kitchen with plenty of natural light. Note that the house has dual occupancy, and you will be staying in the top part.
