South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Kayaking around Departure Bay is easy as the kayaks are kept just above the high tide mark, grab life jackets and paddles from the yoga room and you’re good to go. Later you can relax in the hot tub. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Located near the water in a quiet neighborhood with beach access nearby. A favoured area to walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the eagles soar. Close to shopping but quiet and secure. Free off street parking , No smoking , (Outside cigarette smoking area available) no parties please, and we ask that seafood isn't brought in due do a seafood allergy in the house.
