For wine lovers HB boasts over 100 wineries, ideal for tastings/tours.

The Cottage LtC ( lemon tree cottage)

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

This delightful studio private bedroom is close to Ahuriri, town, the Botanical Gardens, many gorgeous restaurants, walkways and other amenities. The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. We have two little cats who will stay out of you way but we would love to have you come and stay and share our home with you. Welcome to our home!

There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Situated in our sister hotel, expressotel, this spacious 50m² room has a luxurious King sized bed and separate lounge room. The room is complimented by an en-suite bathroom with spa bath and shower. The room is either available as a one bedroom with Lounge, or as a two bedroom with Lounge & two bathrooms (subject to availability). There is also a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, cutlery and fridge. This space is perfect for an extended stay in Napier, come join us.

Ten minutes walk to town..very spacious..suits families..and late checkins. Retro, not for people who like flash hotels or new things. Come here if you want something different. Relaxing..away from traffic..off street parking...Separate bedroom and kitchen and bathroom..lounge too..flat access. We welcome diversity. Children under 17 are free. Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale, Napier, and a 10-minute easy walk to the village & in close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

The beautiful tī kōuka (cabbage tree) guides you into this peaceful one-bedroom sleepout which is perfect for work trips, events, or exploring the Hawke's Bay region. Centrally located and easily accessible, it features its own entrance off a shared driveway, offering both convenience and privacy. Unwind in quiet surroundings and enjoy a relaxing stay in our peaceful, well-located space.

Retreat- pool/hot tub/bikes/ close to town.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Minime

Self contained studio, separate from the main house, on street parking. Great garden to relax in with your favorite beverage or book. Less than a 10 minute walk into town, 2 minute drive to the city centre for cafes, supermarket, restaurants, information centre. Two streets away from the beach and National aquarium, so very close to walk / cycleways along the beach front. Wifi available buy can be weak. I do have 2 cats, Happy & Spinkle.
