Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

Easy accessibility no steps separate entrance to house. 12km to Scotts Head, 4km to Grassy Head, 15min walk to local beach, 6min walk to shops. Double Bed, Ceiling fans, New bathroom and kitchen. Situated next to bush expect to see goannas, bugs and if you're lucky a lizard or two. You can also say hi to our chooks.

Small to medium or less active older dogs welcome, the fenced outdoor area is the deck and a small grassed area approx 70cm high

The cottage sleeps 6, has 2 bedrooms and a large verandah with BBQ and fire pit outside. There is a new kitchen, a lovely bathroom separate from the main cabin and a large lounge area with polished floor boards and great wifi.
