You are walking distance to the Fredonia Brewery, The Cottage Wine Bar and all that downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, and many other amenities.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches.
