This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. This is an apartment that accomodates up to 5 people (2 persons sleeps on a sofa in the living room 144x200 cm). The 66 sqm fully equipped apartment with AC is on the 3rd floor (NO elevator, sorry ;) of a building block in a residential area of Poreč (Case popolari :). The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
