Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

Our apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room, bathroom, a balcony and a large terrace with a dining table and a sunbed in a beautiful garden. It is very charming and cosy, perfect for families. Nearby there is a sandy beach. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and dishwasher in the kitchen. There is a grill in a garden, that you can use or we can make something domestic for you. Welcome!
