Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included!

It is a very confortable house, close to town and beach, where you can relax listening to the sound of nature and the ocean while you admire the birds, squirrels, butterflies, guatuzas and other animals that come to visit our friendly garden. The house is the result of a detailed planning whose excellent work was done by a local builder. There are three (3) rooms, all have air conditioning. The breezes are fairly regular on this high hill, so very few mosquitoes. There are also ceiling fans everywhere in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds. The house is situated on a beautiful mountain side.
