Tra le colline maremmane, ai piedi del pittoresco paese di Civitella Marittima, sorge La casina nelle banditelle. Un antico podere del XIX secolo, immerso nel verde dei pascoli, o “banditelle”, che oggi ospitano un’oliveta e qualche filare di vigna. La casina nelle banditelle profuma di finocchietto selvatico, uva settembrina, olive schiacciate sulle reti in ottobre e fiori di campo in primavera.
