Casetta RosaClara è un ex fienile all' interno della corte del Casale del Gelso (antico casale di fine 800) situato nella campagna marchigiana. Indipendente, è formata da due mini appartamenti di circa 40mq ciascuno e comunicanti. Molto luminosa e panoramica, dispone di una terrazza/solarium e di un piacevole e bellissimo spazio, comune ai due ambienti, dove poterti rilassare e rinfrescare. Appena ristrutturata dispone di tutte le comodità armonizzando la tradizione con le moderne esigenze.

It is open plan, with windows on three walls, with early morning sunshine in the bedroom, and evening sunshine in the kitchen and eating area. The apartment is accessed through its own front door and up a flight of stairs and outside it has a private terrace with table and chairs and views down to the swimming pool.
