When you're done with the fun, you can return to the peaceful Foothills, and enjoy our indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub and fitness areas. Wifi, cable, laundry and a stocked kitchen are all included.

This recently updated Condo is 5 min from the strip, 15 min from Tablerock State Park and 15 min from Silver Dollar City. The master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and door to the main bathroom, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. We are right across from the club house where you can swim indoor or outdoor, enjoy the hot tub or sauna and get your sweat on with the exercise machines available. We allow up to two non-shedding dogs under 30 lbs.

Spring Valley Ranch Rock House

This quaint farmhouse is located just off of MO Hwy 72 on a 62 acre farm nestled against the Castor River. Here you and your companion(s) can experience the quiet and relaxing life on a farm with plenty of adventure awaiting just around the bend. Sit and enjoy a sip of coffee or tea on the front porch while watching the cattle graze the pasture across the road next to a rustic white barn or venture about 3 miles to the largest privately owned lake in Madison County. Oh yes, enjoy your stay!

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room provides abundant natural lighting. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.
