The Historic Commercial Hotel (Est.1868) on the Downtown square in beautiful Osceola,Missouri. Old world feel with modernized accommodations. The Historic Commercial Hotel has numerous themed rooms which are designed and named after past historical guests. This specific room is "The Sally Rand Suite". Named after past historical guest Sally Rand ( 1904 – 1979) who was an American burlesque dancer and Silver Screen star, most noted for her ostrich feather fan dance and balloon bubble dance.

Rockwood Motor Court, built in 1929, is located on historic Route 66. Each room is themed and furnished to the era of Route 66. “The Classic” showcases the automobiles on road in the 1940’s and 50’s. This room features vintage furniture, a full size bed, bathroom with dressing area, and corner shower. Renovated in 2019, enjoy a clean, comfortable room and experience authentic motor court lodging. The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.
